The Maeldune Heritage Centre Maldon welcomes back Fine Artist Silke Ukena, for the third time, for her Exhibition ‘Bloom’ from 9th to 25th May ‘I am delighted to show my work again at this beautiful old Library in the centre of Maldon. I am combining this exhibition with the launch of my beginner’s workshops "I wish I could paint". Having often been asked in the past to teach, I now hope to inspire many who want to learn. The creative Arts are so much fun and I believe everyone is an artist.’ On display, and for sale, will be many new vibrant florals, portraits and landscapes which will be shown for the first time at the exhibition. Key to Silke’s work is always lots of colour … to bring the garden into your rooms. You can meet Silke in person on Saturday 11th and 25th May between 11 am and 1 pm. You can also connect with her via her SoSilke profile on Facebook, Instagram and Etsy as well as her website www.sosilke.co.uk
